Many adults experience sleep problems in their lifetime, with an estimated 6-10% of the population developing chronic insomnia. Though this is a common issue, it is not something you need to continue to live with.
Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), I help clients overcome their issues with sleep. During treatment, we will work together to create a plan that will help you sleep better, eliminate sleep-related stress, and increase your overall quality of life.
